Port of Chambourcin
Made in a very non-traditional way, this 100% Chambourcin port comes to you fermented not fortified to 20% alcohol. Alcohols produced by fermentation are much smoother and better integrated than those of brandy and spirits used to fortify traditional ports. This wine has deep red/blue colors that foretell of lingering hints of rich ripe berries, tobacco, and black licorice. This port has been recognized as one of the "new worlds" best ports.
*After dinner drink. Makes a great reduction for pork, beef, and lamb sauces. Also goes great with rich desserts
