You must be 21 years of age or older to order and receive wine. We use the FEDEX Adult Signature option on all shipments. This requires an adult, 21 years of age or older to sign for the wine shipment. Wine will not be left without this age verification. Proper ID will be needed.

There is a minimum order of 6 bottles required and you must provide a physical address (no P.O. addresses).

If you order 1 case (12 bottles) there will be a 10% discount placed on your wine order.

In addition, we adhere to a strict privacy policy that means your information will not be shared, sold, or otherwise distributed.

All orders are subject to the availability of our products. Please allow 7 to 10 Business days for processing your order.

Any returns to The Winery at Wilcox must be accompanied by a sales receipt and must be returned or exchanged within a 30 day period from date of purchase. Returns will receive an in store credit or gift certificate to be used in the winery.
